    Default Help. Leftover Baked Brie?

I have a wheel of leftover baked brie that's barely been touched. What can I do with it besides reheat and serve the same way? It was so expensive, I just can't waste it.

Top hamburgers with it, maybe mix it with some other cheese and make a cheese sauce out of it?

chop some of it up with spinach, basil and garlic and wrap it in phillo pastry and bake it drowned in olive oil.

    Make an omellette (sp?)

    sandwiches

quiche (you can use up extra vegies that way too)

wrap it in phillo, or puff pastry with a slice of ham, bacon, lox, procciutto or chicken and bake it in little square pies

    spread it on crustinis

It makes the BEST grilled cheese! Top it with a slice of ham and YUM!

    Default Thanks!

These are all GREAT ideas. I can't wait to try one of these out. I especially like the idea of combining it with some spinach... I might try it in a quiche? The grilled cheese sounds great too. Thanks so much!!
