    Default What to do with leftover Carnitas??

    I have a bunch of carnitas meat leftover. We bought it at Costco and it was already cooked. We then had to heat it up again. We are having it again tonight, but there is a ton of meat left. I don't think that I can freeze it since it has been re-heated already??? Anyone have any ideas on something other than burritos for the leftover meat?

    What about Tacos, or Taco Salad? I know you said to not SAY Burritos but it is an option but there's a few others: Barbeque sandwices, tamales, tacos, tortas, and burritos. Let us know how well you do with using all the stuff up.
