2 ingredients muffins
Was at a GS leaders meeting and the council gal that was there told us about these muffins she made. Chocolate cake mix and a can of pumpkin, thats it!!
So I tried this today, I had the small can of pumpkin and it seemed alittle dry so I added 2 eggs, and they where awesome!!!! Just bake the same time you would for muffins.
I will have to get a hold of her to see if it is the bigger can or not.Sandy

That sounds like a great recipe. Let us know when you find out if it's the bigger can of pumpkin or not. I am going to have to make these muffins in the next couple of weeks

that's a Weight Watcher's recipe, and it is really good. I will see if I can post it later--it's on my computer, and I'm on Dave's laptop right now.

Wow, if you can get discount mix and canned pumpkin, that can be one cheap muffin!!!

I want that recipe. I just found the big, 2-pie cans of pumpkin for .50c each. I was going to make spice pumpkin muffins, but this would be a nice change.

I've made them before-- very good, and low fat. My biggest complaint was they weren't pretty... the dough stays in the cups exactly the way you plop it in there, rather than spreading out like normal. Then again, I'll eat chocolate no matter how it looks!
