    Default Found this recipe on Thriftyfun

    Easy, Healthy Chocolate Muffins

    Ingredients:
    1 Chocolate Cake Mix (just the dry mix)
    1 Can Pumpkin
    1/2 cup Water
    Directions:

    Mix well. Batter will be thick. Spoon into muffin tin. Bake according to cake mix directions. Makes approx. 18 regular muffins or 36 mini muffins

    they will work out great. I make them all the time. For variety try useing spice cake mix instead of chocolate.

    I just made them too. Delicious! But they were SO moist that I may skip the water next time.

    Made them this morning. They are moist ( not really into them I guess but bet they would be great with A spice cake....)
    The guys may like them but not sure.

    I make this all the time but I use either a spice cake or a yellow cake. I have tried the chocolate but did not care for it much but we love the yellow cake mix with the pumpkin.

    I have made the chocolate pumpkin muffin ones, but I might try the yellow cake mix with pumpkin this time. I hadn't thought about using a different cake mix. Sounds Yummy
