    Default Does any body have the bread crumb cookie recipe?

    PLease , please anybody if you have the recipe for bread crumb cookies I really would love to have it.

    Hahaha, I just made a batch of these the yesterday. Here you go:

    1 1/4 c. flour
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/3 c. cocoa
    1 /2 c. milk
    1 egg
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2/3 c. melted shortening
    2 c. bread crumbs

    Sift together dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients and add to dry ingredients. Add melted shortening and bread crumbs. Drop by spoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake @ 350 degrees for 15 minutes or until done.

    I really like them -- the breadcrumbs give the cookies a yummy crunch. on the other hand, groans everytime I mention them. Let's just say they're not his favorite.
