Do You Have a Corn Recipe to Share?

I am making this tonight and I forgot how easy and wonderful it is. The recipe, I am sure, has been around the church cookbooks so many of you have seen it, but for those who haven't:


Baked Corn

Preheat oven to 350 F
spray or grease dish (I use a 9 inch glass pie plate but have made it in aluminum and square dishes just as well.)

Dump a 14.75 ounce of creamed corn in the dish.

In the can mix very well (I use a fork):

2 tablespoons flour
1 tablespoon sugar
2 eggs
1 teaspoon baking powder

stir into the creamed corn and bake for 60 minutes. The top will be golden brown.

It is a little sweet so you can cut down on the sugar a little.
