Default I need a good meal idea!

So like I said before the people we live with are retiling the kitchen. The guy came in and did it today so no kitchen for 24-hours. Early this morning I grabbed some pasta (elbow macaroni) out of the pantry and some hamburger meat and cheddar cheese. I took it over to my in-laws house because they're out of town so I am going to use their kitchen. They have a basic pantry every spice, milk, eggs, butter, etc. I have some frozen veggies and canned soup in the garage (extra freezer and overstock pantry).

Ok, sorry I'm babbling. What I want to know is what can I make that has Hamburger meat, elbow macaroni, and cheddar cheese. I was going to do spaghetti and meat sauce but I've eaten spaghetti the past two and a half days. Maybe I can make some kind of casserole with it?! Taco meat pasta casserole? Yea? I don't know!!!

    HELP!

I serve taco noodles all the time. Regular seasoned taco meat served over noodles (althought I usually use rotini), topped with the cheese. The boys love it. If I have it I also add the regular taco toppings (tomato, lettuce, sour cream).

or turn it into chili mac. If you can scrounge up some canned beans & tomato. Add chili seasoning.

Ooh great ideas! I know I have sour cream and tomatoes. I don't have green peppers, but I have yellow and red (3 for $1 at the persian market!!!) and I also have a bag or frozen red yellow and green peppers. I think my husband's brother will also be at the house for dinner, so I have to make sure I have enough food to feed a football team! Thanks again for the meal ideas!

I asked my husband, and he's excited to have taco casserole so I'm off to go cook dinner! Thanks again!
