Mac and Cheese lasagna
I was browsing around online and I found this recipe. There's only 5 ingredients, and if you're like me you probably have them at home! I haven't tried it yet, but I just wanted to post it and share.
Ingredients:
1. 1 (7.25 ounce) package KRAFT Macaroni and Cheese Dinner, prepared as directed on package using Light Preparation directions
2. 1 1/2 cups spaghetti sauce
3. 1/2 pound lean ground beef, cooked, drained
4. 1 cup KRAFT Shredded Low-Moisture Part-Skim Mozzarella Cheese
5. 2 tablespoons KRAFT 100% Grated Parmesan Cheese
Cooking Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spoon half of the prepared Dinner into lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
2. Top with half each of the spaghetti sauce, meat and shredded cheese. Repeat layers. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
3. Bake 20 min. or until heated through.
Yield: 4 servings
If any one gets around to trying this before I do, let me know. I might try it for tomorrow night, and I'll post a comment!

It sounds good, it's very similar to the hamburger casserole that I make. I use tomato soup though, instead of the pasta sauce. I never thought about adding other cheeses, that's a great idea. I might have to try this version soon

How strange is that, I saw that same recipe yesterday as well. I thought it looked like a really good quick meal to make.
