What do you put on your popcorn????
My daughter and I discovered recently we like chili powder on our popcorn. I would love to hear what other people put on their popcorn.

I tried the packs of "garlic butter/oil" from the pizza place one time... it was good but now we use real butter and garlic powder with salt... absolutely delicious!

I use the 100 calorie microwave bags..... so it's either kettle corn or butter. I have one or the other almost every night for a snack.

The butter flavoring that is used on microwave popcorn is supposedly bad for us. Last week on the national news that were talking about all of the employees that work with the butter flavoring who have become ill. I will no longer buy the butter flavored. In the past, I would sometimes buy the healthy microwave popcorn and I would add a bit of my own melted butter. If I wanted kettle corn, I would add a bit of sugar or Splenda. I think I'll continue to do this in the future.

I air pop mine and then eat it plain, love it that way.

It depends. Most time I pop mine on the stove top in oil and then add some butter and salt. If I am not in the mood to do it on the stove top I just microwave a bag of butter flavored, the more butter flavor the better. I love the movie theatre butter flavor. DD goes to the movies almost every Sunday and I give her money for the super size bucket and she will bring me one home as well.
To make a long story short...butter, butter, butter and salt.DD (20)

I like chili powder, too! I've also tossed mine in hot sauce instead of butter. We also like it with butter and Italian seasoning. We buy the powdered cheese and use that sometimes, too. And my personal favorite is still lots of butter and salt--you just can't improve on perfection, lol!

What I need is one of those movie theater popcorn poppers and the stuff they use on theirs!
Although I recently tried Orville Reddenbackers Cheese pour over. It's pretty good. I also like the Kraft cheese shak-ey stuff that you can find in that asile.
Most of the time though I just like butter and salt.

We don't buy microwave popcorn anymore because of the questionable ingredients. So, now, we eat stove top popped corn (it's so much better than microwave!) and Molly McButter and salt. I put garlic salt on mine, DH doesn't like it. I still love real butter, but we're trying to watch our fat intake.

I'm an equal-opportunity popcorn lover...I'll eat it just about any way I can get it! Most of the time I buy the butter-flavor 100 calorie packs, but we also have an air-popper, and I love to make plain, unsalted, unbuttered popcorn with it. In Oklahoma we used to buy Tobasco popcorn, which was delicious, but we haven't seen it since we moved to FL. When we go to the movies, we like to get really buttery, really hot popcorn and dump a box of Raisinettes in it. MMMMMMMM!
