    Default The barbeque potatoe

I am at it again. I pre-baked about 10 medium potatoes, (I store those in the fridge in a ziploc) they keep for awhile. I put a piece of pork butt (it was a real cheap piece of meat, alittle water, cooked all day. Drained the water, pulled it apart and put a bottle of barbeque sauce in. Then we put onion then the barbeque and then a little ranch dressing. They were soooo good. And very inexpensive. With the leftover I keep in the fridge. The potatoes reheat for a quick, cheap meal. My family loved it.
    Just wanted to share.

I take the insides, scoop them with a larger spoon in to hunks, add the celery and onions, I even grate carrott (just so everyone gets more vitamins, fiber and such) then add a touch of mustard and mayo. Makes a really good kicking potatoe salad. I also have take the insides and made garlic smashed potatoes, then save the skins for another day. My kids like them almost better than french fries, and just think no trans fat...

Before I saw were you are from, I thought this sounded like a good downhome Gerogia recipe, LOL. Heck, we'll try to BBQ, smoke or fry anything!

What part of Georgia are you from?
