Here's some recipes to make with leftover spaghetti.


#1. Baked Spaghetti

INGREDIENTS:
Cooked Spaghetti (leftovers)
Sauce(enough to cover and make noodles "wet")
Butter or olive oil
Parmesan cheese
Grated cheddar cheese
PREPARATION:
Grease a casserole dish with butter or olive oil. Put in spaghetti and sauce and mix well so that all of the noodles are "wet". Top with parmesan and cheddar cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until cheese is melted.

#2. Spaghetti Stir Fry

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pound leftover spaghetti noodles
1 tsp ginger
4 tbls teriyaki sauce(or more, to taste)
1 bag frozen stir fry veggies
PREPARATION:
In a wok or large skillet fry frozen veggies, ginger and teriyaki sauce. When almost ready add speghetti. Serves 4.

#3. Neapolitan Spaghetti Omelet Recipe

INGREDIENTS:
1/2 pound leftover spaghetti noodles
4 eggs
1 tablespoon olive oil
5 oz mozzarella cheese, grated or sliced
grated parmesan cheese
PREPARATION:
In a large mixing bowl combine pasta and slightly beaten eggs. In a large skillet heat the oil, making sure to cover the bottom. Place half of the pasta in the skillet covering the bottom of the pan. Spinkle with grated parmesan, add a layer of sliced or grated mozzarella cheese.
