i like cutting them into small bits and just pan frying them. then i add small slivers of bell pepper and onions and make tacos (flour or corn tortillas.. whatever your preference).

I take them and pound the heck out of them (Good Anger Release) then into a tupperware with a good amount of Italian Dressing to soak. Throw them on the broiler pan and broil each side for 3 to 5 minutes depending on thickness, we like rare meat. Flip over and broil on other side and serve with yellow rice and a veggie.
Another way is to cut up meat into bite sized piece into tupperware again this time with a Soy sauce based dressing and make up Ka-Bobs. Onto broiler pan and cook a few minutes, turn and cook a few more minutes. Usually add green peppers, onons and pineapple chunks. Serve with white rice.
Another way is to cook the steaks whole then slice the meat thin ( I find that by cooking meat whole then slicing it doesn't dry out as fast) and make up either steak salads or friheats (sp).

I'm with Laurie on pounding the TAR out of them! I've got a big old mallet in the kitchen for flank/round steaks, you CAN make them tender
And yep, GREAT anger release. We even BBQ them after beating/er tenderizing them.

Make sure you slice it against the grain and super thin slices and it will melt in your mouth
