    Default Leftover mashed potatoes

    HELP!! The potatoes are not boxed left over. I have like 4 cups left... What to do???

    Ideas ladies?

    You can use them to make shephard's pie.
    Or, you can fry potato patties in hot oil. I think if you make a round patty then roll it in flour, it works best.

    Potato pancakes, potato salad, potato cakes fryed, warm up in microwave as is,brown hamburger, onion, garlic, add can of cream of mushroom soup put in bakeing dish, put mashed potatoes over the top and bake.
