    Talking I think of food alot...potatoe skins again

    Can you tell I like to eat.. I wish I didn't but hey gotta work with God gives you.
    I again made a good thing.. with my potatoe skins.
    Left over baked potatoe. Scooped out (made potatoe salad out of it)
    I scrambled eggs with bacon. Scooped into shells, pooped in oven with cheese on top. Fooled the kids, extra fiber and nutrition. The kids loved them cause you could walk with them. I made extras to pop in microwave. I bet they would freeze well too. Well just wanted to share..again...

    OH YUM!!! What a GREAT idea! I use a LOT of potatoes around here and the chickens are laying eggs overtime, hmmm, sounds like dinner tonight to me!!

    Bet hubby would love it with a bit of hot sauce on top

    hey this could be done for hors derves for a party too if you used the small potatoes!!
