    Default Need some ground chicken recipes...

    Anyone have any inexpensive ground chicken recipes? preferably with other ingredients commonly found in the home?

    I have never used ground chicken, but we eat a lot of ground turkey. I use it just the same as ground beef, except I don't like to make hamburgers out of it. I do use it in Hamburger Helper, meatloaf, taco meat, spaghetti sauce, etc.

    Easy & quick!

    BBQ Chicken Sloppy Joes
    In a little bit of oil, cook some chopped onion, add 1lb ground chicken & cook til no longer pink, stir in 3/4 c of your favorite bbq sauce and serve on toasted buns.
