Default I need a dinner idea - tiny pork chops

I bought some tiny pork chops last week because they were on sale (50 cents a piece) but now that I'm actually getting ready to prepare them for supper they almost seem too small and I don't know what to do with them.
I was going to just make rice and broccoli and bake the chops, but I'm wondering if anyone has a good idea or recipe I could use instead!

I would probably just bake them with cream of mushroom soup over and then have lots of rice or mashed potatoes with the gravy.

I would slice them and make stir fry. You can really add lots of veggies to make it go farther, and then serving it over rice makes it go even farther than that!

How about sweet & sour pork and vegetables served over rice?

I brown the chops and then put them in a baking dish with a couple of cans of cream of mush soup (season with whatever you like..I use Tone Chacheres) for about 45mins at 350...then serve over rice. Yum..wish i had some now!

I made pork chops with terriaki sauce yesterday and they were really good. Add some rice and veggie and they will go a long way.
