Default What do I do with leftover turkey breast?

I've got a turkey breast that I bought marinated in teriyaki sauce. Other than a stir fry, what else can I do with it?

Turkey fried rice would be awesome! Use day old white rice and whatever veggies you have handy. Cheap and delicious!

    I'd make:
Turkey vegetable or turkey noodle/rice soup
Turkey and noodle casserole (use any chicken noodle casserole)
    Turkey tacos/burritos

I like the quesadilla idea too!!
