My double duty creation
Trying to use what I have on hand, I'll be coming up with some creative meals. The latest was:
Sauce:
Browned ground venison
Can of diced tomatoes
diced onion
can of sliced mushroom
chopped clove of garlic
1st night:
used the sauce over ravioli with some grated parm
2nd night:
Put leftover sauce over tortilla chips, covered with shredded cheese, microwave, and top with a dab of sour cream.
SOOOO good!!
