Looking for Cheese Enchiladas Recipe
Hi! I'm looking for an easy cheese enchiladas recipe that uses flour tortillas. I don't like too spicey; some spice, but not a mouth on fire sort of flavor. I'd appreciate any help; Thanks!

Umm... I don't think I've ever had enchiladas with flour tortillas, they are generally too soft and might become "doughy" with the chili or sauce.
For my cheese enchiladas I use corn tortillas, heat them to soft, fill with grated velveeta and onions and top with chili and more cheese. Pretty simple.
Not sure that helps, but might be a start for you anyway. For flour tortillas, I'd maybe roll them up and bake them without the chili for just a few minutes to dry out the tortillas a bit and then top them.

Yep. I've tried with flour tortillas and they get sort of gummy and limp.

These are cheese, but sil makes chicken enchiladas with flour tortillas. They are a huge hit at family gatherings.
She just chops up some chicken. Add to cream of chicken soup, sour cream and little milk to think out a bit.
When I make them, I put some of the chicken mixture on a flour tortilla add some cheese and roll up.
Then top with remaining chicken/soup mixture.
Top with more cheese if you want. Heat at 350 until hot.
