New Village Activity-Photo Tag
It's time for a new and fun activity. It's called Village Photo Tag.
A disposable camera will make it's rounds. Each person is to take one picture only and it will follow a theme.
The first theme will be weather. Your picture can be anything weather related.
In the future, I'll be adding categories for Photo Tag and for Paper Zachary in the photo gallery, so that the pics can be together there.
The camera in the end will be returned to me and I will develop the pictures and post them.
You only need to write a short caption for your picture and what the picture is of.
Sign up to this thread if interested. I'll keep this open for sign ups until 2-7. This will give plenty of time for people to read this and decide.
If a good amount sign up, I'll make two small groups and send two separate cameras.
The only rules are that the camera can't stay longer than 3 days at your house before it moves on (I mean let's face it...no one wants to wait until next February to receive the camera.
)
and each person can only take one picture (2 in an extreme circumstance like I dunno...a bird pooped on your head while taking the pic or something) rofl
Once you receive the camera, please post that you received it and when you send it off, let us know.

Sara, do you know what the rules are for it going across the border. I'm not sure if it can come to Canada.

Hmm. I'm not sure why it couldn't go to Canada. I'll have to look into it.

Sara here are the rules to come to Canada. I just called Customs.
It would need the green sticker as usual. Marked value and checked off as a gift.
On all sides of the pkg. it would need to have marked on it hand examine only as all packaged are being x-rayed now. If it should happen to get x-rayed, you won't have any pictures to develop.
Thats all that needs to be done.

I'm interested! and I wouldn't mind doing the extras to send it through customs.....
Question ~ is it to be of us (the FV member) or just something weather related?? Trust me - you *do not* want a picture of me standing in the rain at the airport!! But would kids playing in the sprinkler or the rain or the snow or something along those lines be acceptable?! Be gentle!

Members don't have to be in the pics, but they can be if they want to. Can have your kids, pets, etc...whatever you'd like to contribute.

We do have weather here too, but I'm not signing up because things cost too much to post and I always feel sorry for the people that get me LOL.
It takes a long time too
It sounds LOADS of fun though - can't wait to see all the pics.
