Postcard request: Could you help me with a project?

*****UPDATE: 5/12/04 *** This project was such a success that we are going to continue it all summer long! We had residents who don't participate in group activities coming to see where the new postcards were from. So, we're going to ask families and employees (and anyone else!) to send us postcards all summer from their vacations. If any of you would want to send one, that would be great! And again, thanks to all of you who sent us a postcard for the original project!

My original post:

As most of you know, I'm the Activity Director in a nursing home. I'm working on a project for May, when we will be celebrating National Postcard Week (held annually the first week of May).

I am hoping to have new postcards to share every day that week with the residents- could you help me out by sending a postcard from your town or state? I would love to have cards from all over the country!

OK, I didn't find any from the area I live in now, but I did find some from Hawaii where I grew up!!! LOL! I'll send on of those to you along with a short story on it!
