    Default stimulus check question

I had asked this question before but lost the thread I attached it to. How does your social security number determine when you get your stimulus check? Thanks!!!

It is based on the last 2 digits of your social security number.

The way I understand it is, if the last two digits of your SS# end in lower numbers for example, 0-2, you'll get your check first. If the last two digits end in 8-9, like my dh and I, you won't get the check until much later. We'll be getting ours in July.

I went here and it says that I am putting the info in wrong. Has anyone else had this problem?

I am getting the info off of my tax returns.

Yes, I hope that doesn't mean there is a problem. I didn't have a problem with my regular taxes.

Oh, well. I am not going to panic.

it the last 2 digits of the head of household usually the man in most cases.

first direct deposit ... then checks by the last 2 digits and then last the check to those who owed taxes by the last 2 digits.... meaning mine will be end of June or July We owed this year.

    The site worked for me.
Make sure you are entering exemptions and NOT dependents

The site worked for me. I checked it right after mmy2grls posted. Of course, even though they said people would be getting them early, we are scheduled to get it 5/2....just like they originally said

It told me that my info was incorrect also. I put my exemptions and amounts all in correctly so I guess it is just a buggy system still . I will expect my check when I see it .
