Having a pretty good day!!

Well, I am on day 3 of staying home with my kids, my little dd has the hand, foot, and mouth disease, and so she can't go back to daycare until Monday. Today was actually a pretty good day. Woke up, had some, feed the kids breakfast, and played awhile. I laid my dd down for her morning nap around 10:00, then made my ds some play dough (the kind that you can eat), and he played really well with it, while I cleaned my kitchen. Then we had lunch, feed both kids, put ds down for his nap. I took my dd upstairs and put laundry away, cleaned out my drawers and closets (we are having a garage sale next month), made the beds since I washed them. I also made supper for tonight I just have to put it in the oven, and picked up some. My dh took my son to Menards with him, so its just me and dd right now. Since she just fell asleep, I am going to get into the shower. Another thing I can cross of my list, after my shower I am going to clean the bathroom!!
I hope everyone else is having a good day and has gotten a few things crossed off your "TO DO" lists!!

What I wouldn't do to be able to stay home a few days to get things done. It seems like I never have enough time to accomplish anything after I have worked all day (9-5) then come home, fix dinner, clean up after dinner then I am ready to relax for the night. I do occasionally try to clean one of the bathrooms or do a load of laundry at night. I need a maid!

Glad you got so much done and are having a good day, I had DD clean her room today and we got a BIG bag full of clothes to sell at our yard sale (whenever that is).
