sorry that i haven't been on.....
but so much is going on, that i really haven't even been on the computer except to check email!
let me give a quick update to all.
first of all, my son got married. they were planning on getting married 12/27/08. well, they found out she was pregnant, and moved the date to 12/27/07. i will be a grandma next month. if not sooner, as she is very small and the baby is already over 7 pounds.
i have went back to work. not a big deal. i am working so that i can cover the cost of groceries and a few bills, so that we can pay more on cc's and such, so that we can get out of debt. so far, we have been able to pay off about three medical bills, and pay almost 1000 one cc.
my oldest daughter has some really exciting things going on. she was inducted into the national honor society, the national scholar society, and the national technical school honor society. she is a senior in high school and is going to a technical school for cosmetology. she went monday to take her state test and passed. so we are pretty pleased with that! she also just got back from chicago. this is her second year in a program called the chicago project. here is a link to explain what it is: http://www.thechicagoproject.com/tcp/
like i said, i have went back to work. i am working at a nursery/garden center. it is so much fun.
my mom is in a nursing home. well, we had to move her, as she was getting abused. so that has been kinda stressful. but things are better now.
we have been doing some things around the house that have been very neglected. like finishing my back porch, working on the yard, planting veggies, planting flowers, some touch up painting on a few things.
i have really missed you all.

Nice to have you back, lots of exciting things have been going on. Congratulations on your sons wedding and your soon to be grandchild.
How nice for your dd! Alot of changes ahead for her.
Glad your Mom is in a better home, sorry that she was subjected to abuse. People who prey on the elderly should be shot.
So neat that you found a job you like, that's such a good thing.~*Darlene*~

Wow, you really have had quite a bit on your plate. I used to work in a NH, so I hate to hear any news of abuse. TG you got your mom into a better place. And congrats on the new grandbaby!
