Default I love my insurance company!

There's something you don't hear every day! I just called them, totally prepared to do battle, because they stopped covering speech therapy for ds#2. I was going to have to appeal and run around and get letters from his pediatrician, etc. Sooo....I just called them to figure out exactly what they needed and they told me that his speech coverage has been extended by 20 more visits through 9/08. YES!!!!!! I didn't even have to fight! Fortunately, we have a great speech pathologist that has been on top of this, but even she thought we'd have to go through the appeal process. Nope!! I'm psyched!

That's wonderful, what company is it?

Harvard Pilgrim. I have never (knock on wood) had a problem with them. Fortunately, we're all in good health so we don't really have to use insurance too often.
