    Talking My new member questionnaire

    How did you hear about frugal village?

    I googled "frugal forums" and it popped up.

    What interests you here?

    I love to save a buck and get things free, and talk about doing that with people who feel the same way. I was once in line in a grocery store with my coupons and there was a woman in line behind me who looked at me like I'd sprouted a second head! Coupon clipping is a normal and necessary thing for me.

    What will you contribute?

    Well, I'm really good at stretching the food budget. I also love to find recipes that I can make with just what I have in the pantry and fridge. So, I guess I could contribute by helping others do the same.

    Nope

    How many kids? Ages?

    I have one daughter, Audrey, and she just turned 6 months old on 5/12


    Tell us about yourself.

    I'm a Christian and a stay at home mom. I'm a lousy housekeeper, but I'm trying really hard to get better I love cooking and baking, I collect vintage cookbooks and homemaking books, mostly from the 1950's. I also am very into photography and I'm planning on purchasing a camera hopefully within the next year. I watch way too much TV because I just love reality talent shows. American Idol, Dancing With the Stars, America's Got Talent, etc. I just love them. I also like to watch "The Bachelor", but don't you dare tell anyone I told you! As far as non-reality shows, my husband and I both love LOST and ER.

    Do you own any pets?

    Is a frog's butt water tight? Yes, we have pets, LOL. We currently have 1 dog, 1 bird, and 3 cats. Up until Saturday we only had two cats, but a tiny kitten found her way into our yard, and we couldn't just leave her out there, so we decided to keep her.

    Occupation?

    Personal chef, laundromat operator, cleaning lady, nanny: I usually just say "homemaker" for short, LOL.

    Married or single?

    Married, our 6th anniversary will be on Aug. 31.

    Interests and hobbies?

    Photography, cooking, baking, card games, surfing the web, saving money...the list goes on and on.
