Good luck, Jessica!
I heard from someone when we sold our house (my gosh has it BEEN 18 years ago?) that you should put something that smells heavenly going in the crockpot while they go through it, that it makes the house seem homey, and makes prospective buyers believe that THEY will love living there and that it will smell that luscious when they do.
Check this out with your realtor though, if you have one.
I DID (purely by accident) have something on in the crockpot when a family went through our house, and the realtor said WHAT was that heavenly aroma (thank you, thank you
) in your house when they went were looking at it ??(we had been called and asked to leave so they could see it) The realtor swore that that was what was the clincher on the sale! Yes, they bought it, and gave us our ASKING price.
