    Default Wiped myself out today

Wowsa i think i over did it just a little today.. in this heat .. ugh .. i dont know how hot it was but it was 80 in the house all day with the ac trying to get it to 75 that it was set at because the normal 80 isnt cutting it because of the humidity. UGH Of course i washed my hair this morning which was a big mistake since it has yet to dry because my wet hair has retained heat and made it even hotter.

Each of these stops i got Joe's wheelchair & Ellen in and out of the car.

Anywho we went to Joe's Dr's appointment.. got there and they tell us oh no the drs appointment was the 3rd.. Grrrr.. we had the card saying it was the 5th and they said they tried to call the day before but got no answer ( which is there normal response they always have" tried" to call ... mysteriously when you have them call Joe's cell in the office it works .. Huh how about that. ) So we re schedualed *rme*

Stopped at walmart i went to the back of the store and picked up formula and baby cereal while Joe cashed his check.

Stopped by IHop and ate breakfast/lunch... Fed ellen.

Stopped at aldies got groceries.. which i had forgotten to take out the stroller so that was interesting with my Haundi Elantra loaded down with a wheelchair, stroller, and carseat *lol*.

Went to Foodlion picked up a few more things ( ellen got Super Cranky so we decided to wrap up and get out while the getting was good... expecially when i went to the bathroom before we checked out to change ellen then turned right back around the bathroom was sooooo nasty.. i ended up changing her in the car ) which this time i packed things around the wheelchair.. talk about a FULL car.

Then came home and got all the frozen, cold, and produce in the house then had to stop to sooth Ellen and try and calm her down ( i knew since i was hot she had to be so i ended up giving her some room temp water to help cool her down shortly after she calmed down a good bit but was still fussy )... got Joe in the house... Luckily our neighbors son came down with the mail sooooo Joe asked him if he minded helping bring in the groceries. Thankfully he brought in the rest of the groceries.

Needless to say i have a a sun burn on my cheeks and in the line of my hair *rme* .. and i have been pouring sweat.. i think i might have gotten a slight heat what ever it is.

Sounds like a very physically and mentally tiring trip indeed. I hope you're feeling some better ...??? Drink lots of cold fluids and use cold rags as compresses if you think you over heated.

Do you have any fans that you can turn on to help circulate the air. Makes it feel cooler in the house.
