Default I Went to the Murder Myster Dinner Theatre!!

Now, you may be saying to yourself, "Isn't this the woman who went to the Renaissance Faire yesterday?" And the answer is YES!

This is our weekend for running around. Ren Faire yesterday and this afternoon a murder mystery dinner theatre. I bought tickets for this performance as a Father's Day gift to hubby. We had a blast. We've never done anything like this before but it was so much fun. The audience was ready to join in, the food was awesome, the play line was crazy and full of puns, and the professional actors set us all at ease. Our story line was of a wild west town with the typical melodrama.

Now that I've been to one of these, I'm hooked. What fun! Have any of you ever gone to a murder mystery dinner theatre? This one is from Bissell Mansion in St. Louis.

We went to one in Orlando once when we were down there on vacation. I think it was a gangster story line. My kids had a blast ~ they still talk about it, LOL!

I would love to go again!

What fun! I've never been to one but it sure sounds like something to add to my list of things to do.

I had the chance to go to one many years ago. The play was set in the dining room of a luxury liner of the 1920's.... very Poirot like. We had such fun.

I've never been to a theatre, but I've been to a Murder Mystery Party where everyone gets a part to read. You don't know that you're the murderer until the very end. We dressed up for our part. It was a lot of fun. I'd like to host one.
