    Default Saving for Sailing

    Hi, I am new here. My husband and I have finished raising our children and are now saving for our lifelong dream of sailing. We retire in seven years; Randy will be 62 and I will be 50. We are stacking money away in a serious way and just wanted to be on a forum where everyone else has ideas and dreams of financial independence. Everyone we know lives paycheck to paycheck (or worse) and hardly anyone except our parents understands the need for a budget.
    Anyway we are glad to be here!
