Kind of excited!
DH has a well-paying job, but recently they've done a bit of changing around. His chance for advancement has basically disappeared, and they've put an idiot in as his supervisor. He's salaried, but is going into work at 6:30 or 7am, and then leaving at 5, or sometimes even 6pm also working through his lunch break. He is doing the work of at least 4 or 5 employees, as are the other 2 employees in the same position as him.
Today he got a call here at home from a headhunter! She has a job for him in the San Diego area that is exactly what kind of position he is looking for. I was kind of nosy and tried to get as much info as possible. I told her that we are willing to relocate both in state or out of state and she seemed very happy to hear that. She wants him to email her his resume, so we're going to work on one tonight!
The only thing I'm worried about it insurance. If DH leaves his job, he will have to get new insurance, and I'm almost into my second trimester. I can't have a gap between insurances. Does anyone know how that stuff works?

You will be able to continue your coverage through COBRA but it will be at the cost of the insurance which may be pretty high but still worth it in your case. I hope it all works out for you!

I hope everything works out, as far as insurance, isnt there a 30 day "cut off" notice before they can terminate insurance? Atleast from what I've seen and dealt with that give you enough time to get other insurance within those 30 days.

Hoping the job comes through. I'm not sure on the insurance wait but like mentioned Cobra is available.
