    Red face Procrastination...

One time at the grocery check out, I picked up a little pamphlet to send in for a free little $5 cookbook of chocolate recipes (cakes, cookies, breads...). I didn't send it in, didn't send it in... about a month later I think, I finally did.

Later on, got in the mail, and I opened a mysterious package. It was a $15 ($14.95?) hardback chocolate cookbook. "Sorry, we're all out of... will you accept this one instead?" is basically what the note said, more or less.

    Well, sure.

    Sometimes it pays to procrastinate.

Wow - I'm impressed they sent you anything as well! Is it a nice cookbook? I'm a huge procrastinator. Ill do anything before something else Right now I'm supposed to be packing our trailer to leave on vacation for two weeks tomorrow. DH finally told me it had 'better be packed by Friday night 'cause we're leaving early Saturday morning whether YOU are ready or not'. I guess I was told. Somehow I don't think if I continue to put it off I'll get anything better out of the deal lol

Yup. Quick breads and all kinds of stuff. Probably about the only thing not in it is chocolate soup. Though, I have a cookbook with a recipe for peanut soup...
