Default Need Computer Help - unrelated to FV

Ok, so I know my way around the internet fairly well. However, the actual computer itself - baffles me.:surprise:

We have a PC and run Internet Explorer. Usually when I open a window I have the blue bar on top of my screen and the blue bar (with the Start button) on the bottom.

My dear son today (2 yo) started clicking around and now my blue bars are gone! Even my address bar disappears unless I roll my mouse up near the top of the screen and then it appears to roll down from "behind" my window.

ITS DRIVING ME NUTS!!! I know there is a way to change it back, but I can't remember how!!!! HELP ME!!!!!

I've done this sooo many times and have had to mess around with it to get it back. Ummm.. i can't remember exactly what I did last time but try F11 at the top of the keyboard. This reduces and then increases the bar up there when I push it.

Umm... Try looking in the upper right hand corner for "Tools"

Click on tools, then find "Full Screen"

Then uncheck it, if it's checked.

    If it's not that, I can't help.

I think you can grab it (hold down mouse button) and drag and drop it back to where you normally had it.... for future reference.
