Gotta Love Grammas.
My gramma called me today to see if we were affected by the flooding in Iowa at all or if it was keeping Zac or I from being able to get to work. We got to talking about air conditioning and how Zac and I haven't had to use it that much this year but we are looking into getting an air conditioner window unit for the upstairs. (We have central air but it's an old house and the upstairs stays really hot/humid). So anyways, I mentioned that and she told me not to go buy one because she has two brand new ones sitting on her porch and I can have one. Apparently, Gramma and Grampa bought them last year but when they got their geothermal heat, they also got central air, so they don't need the window units!! Whoop! Whoop!! Now I just have to wait for flood waters to receed so I can go get it!

Grandma's know everything, can fix anything, and ALWAYS have what you happen to be looking for!!
I am in Iowa too, but we haven't had any problems with the flooding, but we are also way up at the top of the state!! Good luck with everything!!
