Glad everyone is ok....we had a huge forest fire here this past weekend which sent over 5000 people out of their homes for days. Thanks to many firefighters and volunteers only 2 homes were lost. Lots of damage though.... will add your nephew to my prayers!

i know in the article it said that they left the dogs in the house, but my nephew was concerned about getting his girlfriend and their son out, who has spina bifida. so when the neighbor saw them running, danny yelled to him that the dogs were still inside, and as soon as he got his family to safety, he went back to help get the dogs out.

(just wanted to clarify that, as the article made it seem like they were leaving the dogs in the house.)

i talked to him today. he is ok, his girlfriend is ok also. she is pregnant again, so he was really concerned about her. damien is scared to be away from either of them right now, but is doing fine.
thanks for the prayers all. not sure what is going to happen now, will have to wait on insurance to see what they are going to say, but so far they are fine.

Glad everyone is okay. My aunt, uncle and cousin had a house fire back when I was growing up. They lost everything. It is very devestating. Prayers are being said.
