I so NEED to get to bed!
Tomorrow, I have to be at my friend Brenda's house by 7:30 am! I am going to be watching her grandchildren she has custody of while she is at the hospital with her DD Carrie. See post about her in "The Support" forum.
Right now their 'dad' ( he is their biological dad but is so irresponible and immature it isn't even funny) is with them, he will get the 2 oldest on the school bus in the am (9 and 6 yr old) and I will have the 3 yr old all day. Oh and this will be indefinitely or until next week when school let's out here. I so hope they will be going back to day care! I love the kids, but they are indeed a handful and a half! Lot's of problems in their lives and the 2 oldest are in counseling which is a good thing for them, they really NEED it.

I hope you get to sleep soon! I have to go to bed early tomorrow night so I can be at the hospital by 8 on Friday and I am dreading it, I'm a night person.

Aw thanks everyone. Well I'm into day 3 now, their dad is still there too. I go down in the day and help him out. Make and clean up dinner, bathe the kids and when they fall asleep I'm out of there, 8:30 tonight. One more day like this and then Monday morning he is going into rehab at 7:30 am, so I will be on my own then. Believe it or not, he has been a big help. We have been cleaning and moving furniture, cleaning cupboards etc... he and Jack are doing all the lifting for me, I get the scrubbing and putting things back together.
After Wednesday the kids are out of school, so that will be the true test. The almost 10 year old boy has a mouth on him and likes to argue with adults. UMMMM I DO NOT put up with that. The kids call me 'Aunt' DeeDee, but it could be more like Matilda the Hun!
It's funny though, I haven't had any of the screaming, kicking temper tantrums that poor Brenda gets because they know I won't put up with it. They are all fed, bathed and in bed at a decent hour!
