    Angry I am BOILING MAD!!!!!!!-rant

6:30 this morning a customer came to our home, knocking on the door. That makes me upset to begin with. Said that their air has been out for a few days and wanted it fixed before the weekend. DH said that he would be out to their home today around 3. Dh went this afternoon. No one was home. He waited and called. No answer, still no one came home either. At 6:00 I called DH and asked if he was on the way home. We have a church meeting at 7 and need to leave our home by 6:30. DH was back at the customers home. Still no one home. DH called custmer's cell phone and was told that they needed to run a few errands and would be home soon. DH still waiting at 6:20. Needless to say, we will be late. Boy am I in the perfect mood to go to church. That just beats all. Knocks on our door that early in the morning. Been out of air for a few days. Wants it fixed before the weekend. Knows DH will be there at 3. Runs errands and now making us late. Sometimes I really HATE this business or maybe just the customers!

Suzy I`d be mad also ! First off they shouldn`t have been knocking on your door so early.
Apparently they didn`t want that air fixed that bad are some one would have been there instead of running errand`s.
    that was very rude.
Grrrrrrrr I don`t have a business ,but I definately know how it feel`s to be some where and that person doesn`t show up for three hr.
Sorry you and your dh had this happen.

Sure can't blame you for being upset. The customer sure has nerve.

Wow your hubby waited 3 hrs for that guy I hope he hits him hard. We had a 15min rule when I was dispatching for a plummbing company. After 15 mins they leave. With the company Ray is with now the tech will wait from 8am to the next morning but the customer has to pay for all those hours of the tech just sitting there

Would have been funny for your dh to just say I was there & you weren't we'll try again tomorrow & then show up at 6:30 am on that guys day off. Payback is a .... I suppose now for giggles he could show up at 6:30am and say "how ya doing, what's for breakfast?"

I can't even imagine CALLING any of my repair people at 6:30am, let alone show up at their house!

I felt guilty calling the plumber during the SuperBowl... and my kitchen was under a foot of water!!!!
I can't be out of money... I still have checks left!

    Lame.

Some people are just unbelievable. If this man doesn't answer the door to a bag of flaming dog poo this evening, you're a lot better person than I am.
