I would Kat Van D to give me a tat. SHE is SO AWESOME!!!
I have had just me belly pierced but it didn't heal so when I took it out to clean it I couldn't get it back in. Sucks but I don't think I'll get it done again.
My ears have muti piercing in them. I have always wanted my nose done ( DSIS has hers done and it looks so good.) DH doesn't like the idea plus his line of work, very conservative, I guess it wouldn't look too good to have the bosses wife with a nose stud, But I still may get one someday.

for those of you who have your nipples pierced, don't they hurt against your bra? What if they get caught when you change clothes? Sorry, I am just curious........ can you still nurse a baby or does scar tissue form there????? Sorry, I just can't help myself, I HAVE to know the answers to these questions...........

I think they are fine for some people...... just not for me.... I'd be too afraid of the MRSA bacteria.........which could happen with any open sore......... So all those that have them enjoy and all those that want one get one...........
FernYes I'm out of my mind. It's a dark and scary place in there.

I honestly don't even feel them at all anymore, they're a part of me. Bras actually keep them still.
When I got them done, my mom said, "you're gonna drown your babies!" I had to tell her it doesn't work that way. Milk doesn't come out of one hole, it leaches through. There's no interfering scar tissue that I'm aware of for proper piercings. I've known a lot of women who have breast fed after piercing, one who even had verticle and horizontals in the same nipple. The only reason someone would end up with a lot of scar tissue is if they migrate. However, unfortunately I won't be nursing anyhow, I'm on a certain medication for a chronic health problem that I will *have* to go back on the minute I birth, so it's not an issue for me at least.
I have horseshoe barbells and yes, if you're not careful, they will get caught and pulled. In the beginning I caught them a lot on my shower poof. I'm naked a lot around the house (lol, no kids!) and I've brushed them against the doorframe, that hurts for a minute. But, really, your nipples are designed to take a lot of abuse, consider how long our ancestors would've breast fed for, and how many bubbies they popped out in a lifetime -- they're designed to be chewed on for the majority of your life.
Here's a story I know will make some of you cringe. I have heavy foam pillows to sleep on, I also sleep in my nudie pants. One morning I woke up, it was warm, I popped up really fast to open the window above the bed. My left ring caught in a hole of the pillowcase fabric and for one, brief, terrifying moment the *entire* pillow was hanging off my boobie. Now that DID hurt, lol, and I was shocked I didn't rip it off. As a testament to how strong nipples can be, though, one side of the bar bent nearly straight, and I couldn't even bend it back with my hand, I had to get a pair of pliers. But the nipple was fine, didn't even tear a little or anything, just a little sore for a few hours, and sensitive for a few days. But I did sweat it for a second, lol. I'm a wuss, I won't even let them be pulled on, but at least now I'm more confident they won't just rip out.
Now, DH has some problems with his rubbing on the seatbelt. I wish he'd take the one out because he kept getting it infected and it's migrated and scarred (the only one I've ever had get infected and migrate was in my ear). I've been told by peircers that men's nipples are far more sensitive than women's. They were even surprised DH went for two, the girl told us usually men come in intending to get two, and end up with one.

I had my eyebrow pierced for my 30th birthday. I had wanted one for 5 years but was too chicken. SO, as a gift to myself, I got it done. I had to remove it when my job was bought out by corporate, 2 years ago and still miss it. I have lately been thinking about redoing it and just wearing a clear spacer at work. I loved it and loved how it also covered an awful scar I got from a car accident.
