    Default Finally!!!! Date-night with DH 6/24!

    Some of you may remember the whole long drawn-out drama of applying for a Caretaker's Grant wayyyy back in Dec. It finally got approved in early June. I've been waiting for the grant money to get transferred into the facility's account so I can actually use it. Well, at long last the call came, the money is in the account and I have a sitter lined up for Tuesday from 4:30pm-11pm

    We are going to the Comedy Club for dinner and a show. I can't wait!!! We continued putting our small entertainment allowance back each month for the entire past year (even though we couldn't use it until now), so we can more than afford this little splurge.

    DH and I are positively giddy with excitement. I truly don't remember when we last had a date-night, I just know it's been well over a year. Just had to share my happy news!

    Baby Step #5 No kids so no need.
    Baby Step #6 Renter.. Working on putting 100% down on a house!!! Currently have 25% saved.
