    Angry service people....arrgh!

ok. if you are an appliance repair person, please don't take offense!

so my washer is a new one. we have had it just over a year. it's a whirlpool cabrio. i love it, when it's working! lol
anyway, we have been having problems with it. leaking, not spinning, not wanting to drain. so i call the warranty company. they tell us that someone will be out to fix it. GREAT!
the guy comes this morning and takes a look at the washer. he tells me that there is something stuck in the pump. says that he needs to get in touch with the warranty company and walks out my front door. i wait a few minutes to see if he is going to come back. nothing. so i look out the window and HE IS GONE!!!!
no, i have to leave, or i have to go pick up a part or NOTHING!
so i call the service company. the girl on the phone is polite. i tell her what happened, and she called the guy on the phone. he tells her the same thing. she told me that he had to get an approval from the warranty company and then they would call me and let me know when they would be back. NOT HAPPY NOW!
by now i am irate. i want my washer fixed, i want to know when it's going to be fixed and i want to be informed of what is going on! so i tell her, i am going to call the warranty company.
i call them, they get in touch with the service company, which gives them the same run around. so the guy at the warranty company ask's me if i want to make a formal complaint. I DO, I DID! (made me feel better) anyway, the guy at the warranty company tells me that they are going to get my washer fixed, even if it's not an approved repair, because of what happened!
but just don't know what day.
so i feel better, a little. i am still steamed by the lack of info that the service company has, and their lack of common courtesy. but am starting to feel better.

Yes I'm out of my mind. It's a dark and scary place in there.
