Hand Raised
Hi, I'm new to the site. I've been frugal all my life, sometimes I fall off the wagon, but when the horse kicks me, I get right back in the wagon. I am in my second marriage. I have three adult children. My daughter, 29, living in Texas with her husband, son 5, and daughter 22 mos. Son, 27, St. Louis working for AB, (hope Budweiser holds out!), Son, 25, San Diego, manager of Borders. Wife of Danny2, (first husband was Danny1). I'm step mom to 4 adult children. Son, daughter-in-law, granddaughter 3, grandson 1mo., Daughter, grandaughters ages 13 and 8, Son, girlfriend w/4 children, Son, daughter-in-law, and a baby due in Dec. I'm a second grade elementary school teacher. My husband is production supervisor at a local plant. They make oils, butters, etc. Sometimes we get freebies!!
How did you hear about frugal village? from another site, the dollar stretcher
What interests you here? I love saving money!! I garden. I usually can 140 quarts of green beans each year. Love my black raspberry patch.
What will you contribute? Anything I can.
Do you know any other members here? No, I'm the new kid just walking in the door, a little shy, but can't wait to get to know the others.
Do you own any pets? no
Interests and hobbies? I love to quilt by hand, go to garage sales, be with family, read, and much more.Last edited by Schoolmarm60; 06-29-2008 at 10:54 PM. Reason: forgot to answer a question
