Dreaming: What would be your ultimate house?

Has anyone watched the Ozzy's reality show .. their kitchen in there i think was AWSOME .. the large open room with a seating area to sort of lounge at one end... i could totally see someone cooking and the rest of the family just crashing there and chatting because it was a comfortable spot.... totally made it feel like the heart of the home .. that would be an awsome kitchen ( although i would prefer a little different set up for my kitchen i like the idea of a seating area being incorperated ) .. and the fact that the computer area was right off from it where it would be walked by often ( expecially if there were children in the home ) i don't agree with internet access in rooms for children.

I think I would like an octagon shaped home, all one story and mostly open floor plan. Not more than 3 bedrooms and a nice patio that went all around the perimeter. Skylights throughout and lots of windows overlooking trees and water. It would be nice to live in Hawaii on an island and be totally off the power grid - solar or hydrogen powered everything! Enough land for a small garden and close enough to shore so that I could fish. Maybe a few little stores not far from me but not close neighbors unless they were nice.

My dream home would be a log cabin style home with a large wrap-around porch, on at least 20 acres. A huge great room, large master bedroom suite with a large bathroom. I love to cook so would have to have a large kitchen with a separate walk-in pantry to keep that huge stockpile in. It would have to have at least one spare room for guest, maybe two but in the upstairs loft! We'd also have to have a room for my crafts and DH's workshop. Everything would have to be wheelchair accessible cause not knowing what the future will bring with him having MS now.

Then..... I want a small cafe/gift shop on the property so I could work from home. Would love to have a nice new place for my animals and make it so we could let children/groups come visit the farm and be with the different animals. A big petting zoo type farm.
