JC Penney Catalog

I love when the JC Penney Catalog comes in my mail. I don't ever order anything, but they keep sending me the catalog.

When I see ds bringing that big catalog up the driveway (getting the mail is one of his chores) I get so excited! I keep it wrapped in the plastic until I know that I'll have an hour to spare and then I go sit on the couch in the living room, put my feet on the coffee table and go through it page by page. I turn down the edges of pages that have items I'd love to have. I keep it for about a month, flipping through, visiting the wished for items, and then I recycle it.

I think the reason I love it so much is because it reminds me of when I would visit my Grandma in Ohio when I was little. She would save the Sears catalog for my visits, and we would sit together and flip through and turn down pages and talk about where we would wear those clothes or what we would do with those items. We didn't buy anything back then either, but I loved the experience of sharing the dreams.

So, am I the only one who enjoys flipping through the JCP catalog and dreaming???

I LOVE the JC Penney Christmas Catalog!!! I'm a kid at heart. When toy catalogs becomes available from different companies, I still enjoy looking at them and flipping through the pages. Dreaming keeps the mind young.

i love to take sticky notes and mark what i would buy. never do buy them though.... it's the "shopping" that i love. sounds real "three year old" but i love looking at the pictures.

I too love the JC Penney catalog and it brings back memories of the Sears and Wards catalogs when I was a kid.

When I was a kid, I also used to sit and flip through the pages of the JCPenney catalog for hours! I would spend my summers at my grandma's house and look at them just about every day. Thank you for bringing back good memories!

I can remember my mom ordering summer clothes for me from the JCPenney catalog when I was little. Boy does that take me back!

I used to looooooooooooove to do that when I was a kid... We haven't received it in AGES, though. That would be fun to get again!

I love the JCP catalog, and I order from them often. There's usually some sort of coupon code floating around, and they have some great deals. I order through My Points and earn even more that way
