    Angry I'm done! RANT

    I am so tired of being nice to people, giving to them in times of need, helping them out, going out of my way for them....just for them to steal from me and think it's ok!! I AM DONE!!!!!!!!!!
    And to top if off, I got a death threat at work today.... I felt like telling them not to do me any favors!

    Stealing is unacceptable for anyone from anyone. I would not be tempted to help them again.

    I can't go into the stealing from me right now, it just hurts me too much at this point.
    But as far as the death threat, it was real and very scarey. I manage a mobile home community as well as 90 apartments that are across the street. I can't prove who made the threat as the call was marked private, but I have a good idea who it was...I just evicted a certain family and I believe it was the boyfriend who made the threat. I kept my office door locked all day and will probably do so from now on. I am fine now, I was pretty shook up earlier today, but I am more calm now that I am home. I did make a police report, but I already knew they would not be able to do anything due to it being marked private. At least it is on file if it should ever happen again. I am taking vacation next week, so hopefully it was a one time thing and I can go back to doing my job as I normally do.

    Oh, hon, I can sympathize with you - we managed apartments for 10 years and the crap we had to put up with! I am so glad to be out of the biz, especially now with things the way they are. It was always our fault that we expected them to pay their rent on time, and not run a charity. So we would get the nasty phone calls and messages when the eviction notices went out. I hope you have a great vacation - just be careful!
