I'm moving yeaaaaaa

So we moved into a 2 bedroom apartment for 800 all utilities except for electric was included. Which has been great not having to pay oil for heat.But for 5 people it was way to small plus we have been having problems with our tenents.

Well today our Landlord/hubby's boos told us he bought us a 3 bedroom house. It is a rent to buy for the same we are paying now but it is a rent to own so the rent we pay will be going towards the morgage and when we get approved for a morgage he will charge us that amount with 0 profit.

OMG I am soooo exchited to have a bedroom again.

HUbby's boss is really worried about Ray leaving since he is the only plumber on the repair side of the company.So he is giving Ray some excelent "side" benfits. The house is 1 but he also provides gym menbership, 100% paid health insurance(we have a 2nd insurance that covers the deductable),paying for him to attend ANY class he wants plus lodgeing and travel expenses( there is a conference in Cali in the fall that he offered to send Ray to and will also pay lodgeing but not airfare for me and the kids), pretty much we ask and he tries to fit it in.

With the new house we already told hiom we need oil to be included( done), water(well), sewer(septic) and right now he is checking with the other owners to see about allowing us to have a small chicken coop and a dog. Fingers crossed on those two.

Thats awesome!! I remember living in apartments with other(not so nice) tenants!! Glad you are getting the opportunity to move and maybe get a house of your own!
