I'm not allowed to rearrange it, lol. Dh figures we put alot of thought into where we put it in the first place to maximise space etc that we shouldn't mess with a good thing.

Much to my husband's dislike, I rearrange all the time! The only time he gets mad is when I make him move the t.v. Which requires moving all the wires for the satellite, vcr, surround sound, etc. I like to move furniture and clean underneath, so I may as well rearrange where i put it. My mom does it all of the time, so the apple must not fall far from the tree! As a matter of fact, i bought new used furnitue last night on a whim and we re arranged both the living room and family room. Boy was I tired!

When I was a younger woman, I had this thing about rearranging furniture, I was always changing it around, My DH use to say if he didn't turn a light on, he might make a leap for the bed and end up on top of the dresser! Now a get that yearn usually when I buy something new for a room, all it takes is new curtains, picture frame, fresh flowers, and I'm at it again, MMmmm? wondering what it means?

If I really start to feel like I need different furniture I will move a couple of pieces around. Most of the pieces are to heavy for one person to drag around here. So pretty much things are the same most of the time here.

I love re-arranging! When I got a divorce (and no furniture) I purposely bought furniture that was light enough for me to move by myself!

We've lived here four years and have only rearranged furniture downstairs twice. Once when we first moved in lol and once about a year later.
When we first moved in we put it one way, but after living here about a year we realized it really didn't work well. That's when we rearranged the living room, office, and our bedroom.
The kids have rearranged their bedrooms a couple of times in the last four years. Mostly because they got new bedroom sets or in the case of the boys, they got their own rooms. I don't like moving the furniture around much. Makes more cleaning for me and it aggravates my allergies.
Oh, I do move corner's furniture around every year. In the summer a chair & lamp gets moved to the office to make room for the a/c. Then it goes back until Christmas when I move it again to put the Christmas tree in the window.

We've lived in our house for 8 years and the master bedroom has never been re-arranged and never will be except to
. Same thing for the dining room. I've tried different arrangements for the living room but always go back to the original arrangement. It just works best the way we originally did it. The piano gets moved each Christmas to make room for the tree, but that's about it.
The little kids room have been moved a couple of times, to share or get their own rooms again, depending on if there's a big kid moving back home.
However, if I could move the windows
, I would re-arrange the furniture.

I maybe once a year rearrange the living room with my son and his friends help. The couch we have is a double recliner and I can't even scoot it to clean under it. So I take the long vac hose and get on the floor to get under it. Its the same with our bedroom big sleigh bed and heavy dresser. But easy to vac under. Everthing else is easy. But no I don't rearrange much.

I don't rearrange it at all.
Big sectionals are hard to rearrange.
The way the rooms are done makes it really hard to rearrange furniture at all in this house.
