Another n00b...
Hello. I was referred here by Greebo and his lovely wife and would like to just say Hi. I'm a network administrator for IBM and do my best to stretch my dollars. I'm currently also in school, going for my Bachelor's degree for IT, eventually going into teaching.
I have three wonderful, devil...err children, 16, 8 and 4 (No, I didn't plan that...), and have been married to my wonderful husband for 5 (almost 6) years. We have two dogs and a cat. The most recent additions (the cat and one of the dogs) were rescues of a sort. The dog we found wandering. No one claimed her, so we did. The cat, we adopted from the Humane Society. I'm a sucker for animals.
Financially, we've lived paycheck to paycheck for a very very long time (I've always been there). So, I've learned to stretch things for a while. But Greebs & wife pointed me here and I look forward to reading about other ways to stretch the pennies!

Network admin sk1llz at work!
If you could kick in the pants the person responsible for your problems, you wouldn't be able to sit for a month.
Did you know that a 4 year student paying $20,000/year who finances their education graduates with over $103,000 in debt to start? But a student who works and pays cash and takes 6 years to graduate ends with $6,300 in their pocket! So much for "getting a head start by financing!"

Glad you registered Serani!!! I think you'll be able to add to the knowledge here as much as you will learn.
