    Default Dried Fruit from BJ's

I decided to try a pack of BJ's Gourmet Mixed Fruit and was amazed at just how good it is. It contains pitted and dried plums, apricots, apples, pears and peaches. It does have some preservatives but since we are no longer eating refined sugars I wanted something sweet to snack on that still has some fiber and nutrients to it.

Yummy, I think I'll be dipping some in dark chocolate for gifts when the holidays get here.

Yum! I buy dried fruit, nuts, seeds and sometime little pieces of candy or yogurt covered rasins and mix it all together as a trail mix.
