    Default Been away ... reintroducing myself.

    I haven't posted here since last summer, I think. Some gentle email reminders encouraged me to drop in again and see what's going on. By way of reintroduction: I teach Science, grades K-5 (after 22 years in the environmental industry).

    Summers find me working as a State Forest Interpreter here in Western Massachusetts. I like to cook, fish, and do a little shade gardening in my very shady spot in the woods.

    Two boys ... one is 18, and the other 12 (and just gone off for a week of Boy Scout Camp).

    The Mrs. and I are coming up on Anniversary No. 24, which makes me ... gettin' on in years.

    I hope I'll remeber to check in from time to time.
