    WELL THIS IS MY FIRST MESSAGE. AND I LIVE IN THE NORTHEN NEW JERSEY AEREA. I AM A RETIRED CHEF. SINGLE. NO CHILDREN. AND WOULD LIKE TO EXTEND MY FOODSERVICES FOR PARTIES FURNELS BABY SHOWERS STAG NIGHTS etc. MY BIRTHDAY IS QUITE SPECIAL. IT FALLS ON THE FIRST DAY OF AUTUM IN SEPTEMBER EVERY FOUR YEARS. I NEED INFORMATION ON HOW TO SAVE MONEY ON CLOTHING,FOOD AND SHOES NEGITIVE RESPONCES NEED NOT APLY.

    First of all, welcome to Frugal Village!

    A good way to display your services would be to make a post on your local craiglist.org with a description of what you can do.

    As for clothes and shoes, You can try a thrift store, or browse yard sales to find great prices on gently used items.

    And for food, I use coupons paired with sales at the grocery store to maximize my savings.
